Preview gorgeous 2009 vehicles and awe-inspiring concept cars in a black-tie gala atmosphere, while enjoying fabulous food, cocktails and entertainment.  Be a part of live WOOD TV and WOTV television and media coverage of the 2009 Auto Show Charity Gala, and enjoy the company of more than 1,000 guests who share a love of cars and a heart for the children of West Michigan.

Special performances by magician Rick Merrill!  Rick holds the title of World Champion Close-Up Magic.  Crowned in  2006 at the World Championships of Magic in Stockholm, Sweden he has since become a featured performer at the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood and performed in person and on television in more than a dozen different countries. 

Back by popular demand for the 2009 Charity Gala will be "Michigan Wineries Wine Tasting".  Eight of Michigan's finest wineries have been selected and invited to pour samples of their vintages.  Complimentary souvenir Auto Show Wine Glasses will be distributed to all attendees. 

Your Gala ticket purchase will help support the life-saving work of the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital.  Tickets - $150.

$50 Raffle tickets will be sold with proceeds to benefit the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital Foundation.  Limit of 1,000 tickets sold!  Provided by MINI of Grand Rapids.  The prize car is Chili Red with Grey / Carbon Black leatherette upholstery and a black interior.  It has an automatic transmission, black roof and mirror caps, cold weather package, and all season tires.  The drawing will be held on Sunday, February 8 at 5pm at DeVos Place.  License # R98670
